Deep Cleaning

Deep cleanings are conducted during the interseason months of June and November.

Kitchen

• Removal of all plates, cutlery, products, ovens, and microwaves from shelves, drawers, and both upper and lower cabinets
• Cleaning of both interior and exterior door surfaces, top and bottom shelves (grease removal), drawers, and cutlery organizers
• Cleaning of light fixtures and lighting
• Cleaning of partitions, backsplashes, and tiles
• Cleaning of the ventilation opening or hood (filter replacement additional depending on the model)
• Cleaning of worktops, backsplashes, sinks, and faucets
• Cleaning of the refrigerator and freezer
• Checking and cleaning of the dishwasher filter
• Cleaning of cooking plates
• Cleaning and degreasing of the oven floor and roof (grill and drip tray included)
• Microwave cleaning
• Cleaning of the coffee maker, all dishwasher-safe components
• Toaster cleaning
• Kettle cleaning
• Trash can cleaning, placement of a new trash bag beside the can
• Cleaning of visible sockets and switches
• Removal of all opened products except for sugar and condiments

Bathroom

• Dusting of ceilings
• Cleaning of light strips and fixtures
• Cleaning of tiles, grout, and dressed walls or partitions
• Mirror cleaning

• Cleaning of interior and exterior windows up to a height of 2.50 meters

Bedrooms

• Dusting of walls and ceilings
• Cleaning of cabinets and doors
• Folding and storing of pillows, blankets, and duvets
• Checking of beds, drawer beds

• Dusting of curtain rods, curtains, drapes, and blinds

Balcony

• Sweeping and washing of floors
• Tidying of drying racks and outdoor furniture
• Cleaning of the handrail

Overall Property

• Vacuuming and mopping of floors, replacement of vacuum bags (additional bags provided at extra cost)
• Dusting of light fixtures
• Dusting of visible surfaces of furniture and shelves
• Dusting of baseboards
• Cleaning of extraction vents in kitchen, toilet, and bathroom

Exceptions (services not provided / Optional)

• Steam cleaning
• Cleaning of tough stains requiring, for example, carpet shampooing
• Cleaning of mold due to leaks or infiltrations
• Window cleaning per square meter if above 2.50 meters in height
• Any intervention requiring a stepladder or ladder
• Pest and rodent control
• Cleanings due to pets
• Washing of blankets, duvets, mattress protectors (if washable), and pillow covers

  Book a deep cleaning for your accommodation in Les Arcs. After a rental season or in preparation for the arrival of your first tenants, it is sometimes necessary to perform a deep cleaning to thoroughly clean your accommodation.

  The cleaning is carried out during the spring and autumn interseasons, in the months of June and November.
