Order your key management contract, then create a listing on Alpissime.com
The Alpissime teams validate your listing, then your concierge activates your contract
Start welcoming vacationers.
If you accept a booking request on Alpissime, it is directly transmitted to your concierge, with no further action required on your part.
For other bookings (other platforms, family, friends...), a very simple form allows you to enter the necessary information for welcoming guests. Validate the form to automatically transmit it to your concierge.

The ➕: the calendars of your listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel can be synchronized with that of your listing on Alpissime. No risk of accepting two bookings on the same dates!

⭐ Accept your bookings, our concierge takes care of everything

Once your booking is accepted or created, your vacationers automatically receive by email all the useful information: the address of your concierge, schedules for key collection... The key handover is done at the Alpissime reception point at Les Arcs.

⭐ Key handover, even at night!

Our communication system allows us to easily send a message to all vacationers who have not yet arrived by 6 PM. They then receive an SMS indicating the procedure for retrieving keys from a secure safe if they have not arrived before the closing of the reception point.

⭐ Rent your accommodation with peace of mind

If you rent via Alpissime:

✅ A bank imprint of the payment method used by the vacationing client acts as a security deposit and allows you to secure the booking. You set the desired amount in the settings of your listing.
✅ You can add a .pdf copy of your inventory to your listing, which is sent to your tenant on the day of their arrival at the resort. They have 48 hours to complete it and send it back to you.

ℹ - Alpissime uses the American inventory system: each vacationer conducts the inventory for the previous vacationer. It is the best system to secure your accommodation, as everyone wants the inventory to be filled out accurately. In case of damage to your accommodation, you have 14 days to send us a repair invoice. We can then debit the security deposit up to the corresponding amount. If your accommodation is not re-rented within 14 days, you can authorize your concierge to perform a state of the premises check (useful especially at the end of the season).

⭐ Discounts for you and your tenants

Post your listing on Alpissime and benefit from discounts with our partners: up to -50% on ski rental, -20% on ski lessons... (these discounts may vary by station). To benefit, you simply need to be logged into the Alpissime Marketplace. The discounts you receive will automatically display.

ℹ - The key management contract is valid for a duration of 1 year, renewable by tacit agreement.
