Property Inspection

The property inspection is a critical principle in the rental process. The owner hands over to the tenant an inventory detailing the exact state of the property alongside the lease agreement. This is particularly useful when the tenant arrives at the property and helps to ensure that the items listed match the actual conditions. Since the tenant is unfamiliar with the property, for greater clarity, the inspection will be conducted room by room. Furniture items are described in the inventory. After inspecting and verifying the property, the tenant will hand over the inventory to the owner’s on-site concierge partner and provide any necessary comments. Any remarks made by the tenant are immediately communicated to the owner for evaluation and necessary corrections.
