Start welcoming vacationers. - If you accept a booking request on Alpissime, it is directly transmitted to your concierge, without any necessary action on your part (except ordering services), and then to your residence for welcoming and handing over access cards.
For other bookings (other platforms, family, friends...), a simple form allows you to enter the necessary information in your reservation table. Validate the form to automatically transmit it to your concierge and the residence reception. - Once your booking is accepted or created, your vacationers automatically receive by email all the useful information.
The plus: the calendars of your listings on Airbnb and Abritel can be synchronized with that of your listing on Alpissime. No risk of accepting two bookings for the same dates!
⭐ Rent your accommodation with peace of mind
If you rent via Alpissime:
✅ A bank imprint of the payment method used by the vacationer acts as a deposit and allows you to secure the booking. You set the desired amount in the settings of your listing.
✅ You can add a .pdf copy of your inventory to your listing, which is sent to your tenant on the day of their arrival at the resort. They have 48 hours to fill it out and send it back to you.
