Standard Cleaning Service

Are you a tenant looking for peace of mind as you depart? Or an owner who wants to ensure top-notch service quality for your property? Book a cleaning service! We provide cleaning for apartments, chalets, and cottages at the end of your stay.

The cleaning service is organized by your Alpissime manager. Please note, this service does not include dishwashing, trash disposal, unmaking beds, or tidying up the cupboards.

Cleaning is generally performed at the end of your stay. If this is not the case, please let us know in the comments.

Kitchen Cleaning

• Cleaning of countertops, backsplash, sink, and taps
• Refrigerator and freezer cleaning
• Dishwasher check
• Cleaning of cooking plates and the exterior of the extractor hood
• Oven cleaning
• Microwave cleaning
• Coffee maker cleaning
• Toaster cleaning
• Kettle cleaning
• Dish drainer cleaning
• Trash can cleaning, placement of a new bag (trash should be emptied and removed beforehand)
• Removal of all open products except sugar and condiments

Bathroom Cleaning

• Cleaning of bathtub, shower, and taps
• Cleaning of bath and shower screens
• Cleaning of vanity top, sink, sink drain, and taps
• Mirror cleaning
• Removal of hair from sink, shower, and bathtub drains
• Checking the cleanliness of tooth mugs, cleaning if necessary
• Cleaning of marks on doors
• Towel holder and heated towel rail cleaning
• Trash can cleaning, placement of a new bag (trash should be emptied and removed beforehand)

Toilet Cleaning

• Cleaning and disinfection of toilet bowl and seat
• Checking the cleanliness of the base and exposed piping
• Toilet brush and holder cleaning (placement of a chlorine tablet possible, must be provided in the accommodation)
• Toilet paper holder cleaning
• Replacement of toilet paper roll (must be provided in the accommodation)

Living Room Cleaning

• Cleaning of dining and coffee tables
• Dusting of furniture and television
• Realigning chairs and stools
• Replacing sofa cushions and checking the trundle bed

Bedroom Cleaning

• Checking beds, drawer beds, mattresses, and mattress protectors
• Dusting of furniture

Balcony Cleaning

• Sweeping if necessary

Whole House Cleaning

• Vacuuming and washing of floors and stairs
• Dusting of visible furniture surfaces and shelves
• Dusting of radiators

Exceptions (services not included in the cleaning service)

• Cleaning and dusting of curtains and blinds
• Cleaning of glass doors
• Steam cleaning
• Cleaning of tough stains requiring, for example, carpet shampooing
• Cleaning following water damage
• Pest and rodent control
