Charter of Mountain Guides and Instructors

Each ski instructor guide must:

Article 1) At the end of the first day, if the service does not satisfy the client, the instructor must offer it: SATISFIED OR OFFERED.

Article 2) To be open and courteous.

Article 3) To be 15 minutes early to the agreed meeting point established beforehand between the client and the instructor.

Article 4) To accompany the client to a secure location at the end of the lessons, as defined with the client.

Article 5) To have a mobile phone for safety and organization purposes during the service.

Article 6) To have all the necessary contacts with the slope services (rescue, ski lifts, etc.) as well as the weather forecast.

Article 7) To have a thorough knowledge of the ski area and its various services in order to advise the client for the most enjoyable stay possible.

Article 8) In case of inability to take on a client or a reservation, the instructor will prioritize directing the client to another instructor who is also a member of: The Leading Ski Instructors of The World.

Article 9) To possess the state diploma.

Article 10) To define the program in advance with the client in order to offer the most personalized service possible.

Article 11) With the client's agreement, to create a customer file for the service.
